The “Ultimate Life” App that has a goal of teaching the planet how to be “Happy, Healthy and Wealthy”.   According to Jim Bunch, the founder of Ultimate Life and my Life Coach “15% of success comes from your intelligence, 25% comes from your work ethic, but 60% comes from your environment”. For example, your body is an “environment”. Trying to lose weight while living with roomates that don’t exercise and eat ice cream and pizza is not a good environment to lose weight when you have to rely on will power alone.  By living with a health nut and only bringing healthy natural foods into your house is a good environment to lose weight and you are pulled toward success.  By answering 10 true/false question for each environment, you can identify your weak spot.  I scored from 5 to 8 in most categories, but only a 3 in Spirituality.  I took the 90 day challenge on Spirituality and made a commitment to meditate 30 minutes in the morning and 30 before bed.  What a difference it made.  Not only in the Spiritual environment, but it also raised my scores in other environments.  Identifying my Achilles Heel and then strengthening it, raised my quality of living in all aspects.

Assessments also include personality, wealth dynamics and strength finders as well as the environments and Happiness, Health and Wealth. By taking the evaluations, you can pinpoint where you are in each of these categories and take the appropriate steps, lessons and challenges to up-level your game in every aspect of your life.  After the assessments there are lessons, worksheets, 24 hour, 7 day, 30 day and 90 day challenges.  In this gamified program, you can get paired up with an accountability partner that will hold you accountable.  You have to take actions in Happy Health and Wealth everyday for points and awards. If you miss, both you and your partner don’t get points that day. This is designed to build in habits that stay with you for life.
